Jetstream J31 (sold)
Jetstream J31 for sale as a training aid or for conversion. For sale with no landing gear or engines but all the interior still present.
Possible uses for this end of life J31 could be as a flight simulator, air crew training aid or for conversion into a unique glamping pod for example.
Price on application.
The J31 Airframes are 18m long and with a wingspan of just over 20m the internal diameter is ~1.5m. At present the wings, tail and landing gear are still in tact but the sale price does not include the landing gear so a frame will be needed to accommodate the J31 on ‘landing’.
If you are interested in purchasing an end of life plane or airframe from us at GB Salvage we’ll need to know your location and understand a bit about your proposed use for them so we can help. For example the wings and tail will need to be removed for transport, we can do this in such a way as they can be re-attached professionally or we can simply cut them off which will be much cheaper.
– 18m length, wingspan of ~20m and the fuselage is ~1.5m diameter. With the tail attached the overall height is around 5m hence why it needs to be removed for transport / shipping.

GB Salvage offer a wide range of plane parts both to be converted and already converted and ready for use. You’ll find a diverse range of parts we’ve sourced from retired planes all across the UK and Europe. We find and buy aeroplane parts with the full intention of turning them into amazing pieces of furniture and lighting. Having only limited space and time we have to part with some great pieces. So here you’ll find components and muddy puddle finds right up to stunning finished furniture.
There’s almost no limit to the imagination when it comes to making use of parts of old planes. These days it’s all about unique and daring ideas and oversized industrial furniture. A few years ago a piece of aircraft fuselage wall art was really only for a board room or reception area, now it’s all the fashion at home. Even Taylor Swift was chopping up a plane in her latest music video.
