Dash8 Cockpit and Fuselage 9m
Dash8 Cockpit and Fuselage section 9m in length. It’s ready for use as a flight simulator, glamping pod, caravan, bar or as a super cool home office for example. Really there is no limit to the imagination as to what you could create from a section of fuselage like this, we’ve had discussions with clients about converting this into a play park for example. Body Section made by De Havilland for Flybe who then went into administration. It was a 60+ seat commercial airline for domestic and European short-hall customers.
Here you have one of two main fuselage body sections we have for sale, we have the rest of the plane if you’d like more including the cabin and tail sections. The body section is 6.5m long and approx. 2.5m tall with a hollow interior as most of the electrics and interiors have been stripped out ready for conversion. There are currently no windows or doors included with this section of Dash8 fuselage.
Fuselage body sections are also utilised as a prop for either film or tv companies. The fuselage section could be used as garden art or as an unusual kids climbing frame. We’ve considered making it into a camper van or caravan but similarly it could be cut up into sections of fuselage wall art, the bright white finish is a great colour for a range of project ideas.

A few years ago a piece of aircraft fuselage wall art was really only for a board room or reception area, now it’s all the fashion at home. Even Taylor Swift was chopping up a plane in her latest music video.
